Storm – Make it Rain

For this Storm illustration i wanted to create a background that had a more dramatic perspective. Setting it up as a night scene (in the rain) gave me the opportunity to add in some interesting lighting effects. I also had some fun experimenting with custom brushes in Photoshop to create different textures.
